Hired Help Woes

We had this hired helps since July 2010. And until now, they still don't know s**t around the house! For months we remind them how to go about the chores inside and outside the house, how to take care of toddlers, no cooking really required since my Dad do most of the cooking, they just cook rice and fry eggs and hotdogs, , but still, they are deaf to lessons. They are constantly talking on their cellphones, even if we told them they should do that when there is no chores to be done. They're unkempt, don't know how to keep the house clean unless any one of us tell them where and what to clean. Also, they go out at night (to my Aunt's karaoke bar) without properly asking any one of us. We can't kick them out yet since they owe us a hefty 2 - 3 months cash advance. Until then, we're stuck with constant headaches.
